What information do I need to provide for Venue hire?

Do you have a smoke/haze machine, if not can I bring one?

We have a haze machine onsite, haze is only allowed for events on our first floor.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes you can. If this includes additional catering equipment, tables, appliances etc please remember to mention this to us first.

Can I decorate the venue?

Yes you can, just discuss this with management first.

I don’t have a DJ, can Nomad provide one?

Yes we can, there will be an additional charge for this service.

What does your sound system include?

Our speakers are Martin Audio, we provide an Allen & Heath Xone 62 and 92 DJ Mixers, Yamaha MG16/6FX mixer w/ fx – 8 mono 4 stereo (for live music), CDJ 2000 x 2, CDJ 900 x 2, CDJ 1000 x 2, Technic 1210’s x 2, SM58 microphone x 2 and multiple outputs for your laptops, IPods and phones.

Can we purchase bottles of spirits from the bar?

No, at Nomad we take our ‘safer drinking policy’ seriously and do not offer bottles of spirits. We do have bottles of Wine, Champagne and Prosecco available for purchase.

Can I hire two floors for my event?

Occasionally, If we are convinced that you need 2 floors. Please keep in mind that 1 EPIC floor is better than 2 mediocre floors, it’s all about the party experience.

What does venue hire include?

We provide a great venue for your event including Bar staff, Security, Cloakroom staff, Toilet staff and a management team that will ensure your night runs smoothly. If you are hosting a promoted event you will need to provide someone front of house to organise your guest-lists/ticket sales etc.

How much do you charge for venue hire?

At Nomad we have 2 floors and provide a wide variety of staff catering to your needs. We need a little information from you about your event in order to tailor fit your perfect experience.

What time do you close?

We have a 4am licence on Friday and Saturdays, every other day is 1am.

What is the capacity?

Our ground floor has the capacity of 150, first floor is slightly smaller at 110.

Does Nomad have wheel-chair access?

Yes we do, we also have a disabled toilet. Please give us notice in advance for use.

Can anyone hire Nomad London?

Not everyone that apply’s for venue hire is accepted; as we maintain a strict application procedure.
